Notice Regarding Banning of Bots

Recently, we have banned some accounts that were suspicious of illegal bot activity, but in the process, we found that some other accounts which have done no illegal activity were inadvertently banned as well.
We sincerely apologize to all users who have been affected by this issue.
We are currently conducting a re-examination of the situation, and the banning of the accounts that were determined not to be fraudulent will be reversed accordingly.
The following is an explanation of the circumstances and our response going forward.

-As an operator, we have a policy of not allowing bots in order to maintain the healthy PlayMining economy. We have recently noticed an increase in the activity of bots that illegally obtained DEP, and we have taken steps to ban accounts suspected of such behavior.
-It does not matter whether or not the payment was made in FIAT currency (credit/debit card) as a criterion for banning a bot.
-We will continue to ban accounts suspected of fraud, but we will make constant efforts to improve the accuracy of bot detection to prevent erroneous bans like this one from occurring.
However, there is a possibility that some mistakes could be made, and we would appreciate it if you could contact us at the following address in such cases (for the current situation, we are re-examining and de-banning the accounts, so please contact us after a while if your account is erroneously deleted).
